Final Fantasy: Crisis Core
This story starts off with the life of a SOLDIER operative, Zack Fair, who's dream is to become a hero.
The Shinra electric company is only the outlook of a much bigger project. As Zack's life continues, strange things start happening. First, A soldier First class, Genesis, deserts soldier for an unknown reason. Later, So does soldier first calss, Angel Hewley, Who is 
also Zack's trainer and Best friend. Soon on, Zack meets Cloud Strife, the main character of the movie, and the two of them fostor a friendship larger than life. Other friends that Zack makes includes Aerith, who he likes very much, and two turks, Cisssnei and Tseng.The main problem is the experiments that SOLDIER does on the operatives. The input of cells that came from a creature from another planet. An Ancient.
This results in monsters. When the soldier operatives find out how they had been created, the fall against Shinra. As Zack progresses to Slodier first class, he also bcomes slowly aware of what SOLDIER really is. And when Sephiroth, who is a direct descendant of the ancient, Jenova, finds out that he was created in a monstrous experiment, a perfect monster, comes to hate Shinra and then comes to hate everything.
Zack has to defeat all those who turn against Shinra,indcluding Angeal and Sephiroth. But, after defeating Sephiroth, Zack and Cloud get severly injured.
When SOLDIER finds them, it turns them into experiments, in which Cloud is injected with Mako (energy that comes naturally out of the ground and is used to make materia, which soldiers use for magic enhancements). Zack escapes and frees Cloud, but because of the mako experiment on him, he is barely conscious. Dragging Cloud along, Zack retreats out of Neibelheim and then further outwards.
As they are now Shinra experiments, the infantry men of SOLDIER track them down to eliminate them, including the turks. But Cissnei, being Zack's friend, tells him to flee, and that she won't kill them. Later, SOLDIER sends out thousands of infantry men for an ambush on Cloud and Zack. Cissnei, and two other turks, Reno and Rude, set out to find Zack and Cloud before the army does. But its too late and Zack and Cloud are ambushed in the middle of a rocky desert.
Leaving Cloud safely behind a rock, Zack steps forward to take on all the infantry men on his own. This is when Cloud makes his fi
rst ever movement since the mako addiction, which Zack doesn't see. Cloud holds out his hand towards Zack.
Zack succeeds in defeating all those infantry men. All but three. Because of his severe injuries, the infantry men leave him dying on the rocky cliff.
In the rainy night, Cloud, finally totally conscious, crawls out from behind the rock and sees his best friend near his death.
This is a very heart-touching moment where Zack says that Cloud is his living legacy. He tells Cloud to live, and gives him his buster sword, saying that his dreams and honor are now Cloud's. 
When finally his eylids drop, Cloud cries out in anguish and despair.
Then he remembers all the times he spent with Zack, until the sun comes out and Cloud stands up to leave. 
Cloud:(Remembers what Zack used to say) Embrace your dreams. If you wannna be a hero, you need to have dreams. Thankyou. I won't forget. Goodnight. Zack.
Zack has a peaceful death in the end. When the game ends, Angeal swoops down and takes Zack's hand, lifting him up. Zack finally dies in peace and good feeling of flying, as he says so himself. I really liked Zack and that he didn't give up after all he went through. Sniff-Sweet dreams, Zack!
